I have participated in the intern program with Ayer High School to teach everything there is to know about Real Estate to a High School senior. I have continued the program and will do so indefinitely. In 2007, I gave three scholarships to local graduates, two to Ayer High School graduates and one to a Lawrence Academy graduate. In 2008 I gave four scholarships to Ayer High School graduates and one to a graduate from Montville New Jersey
